At the InterContinental Sydney Coogee Beach, wellness extends beyond Eliva. Enjoy access to two pickleball courts for a fun and energising way to stay active, or take a refreshing dip in our stunning infinity swimming pool, open for your leisure throughout the day. For those who love exploring on foot, our knowledgeable concierge team is happy to provide curated walking and jogging maps, including the iconic Coogee to Bondi coastal walk—a breathtaking seaside trail perfect for immersing yourself in nature while boosting your wellbeing. Whether you’re here to move, relax, or simply soak up the beauty of the coast, the hotel offers plenty of ways to support your health and happiness every step of the way.
PARKING
Parking for Eliva Coogee Beach guests: Enjoy hassle-free parking during your visit with our convenient on-site underground car park.
Complimentary self-parking is available for guests enjoying spa treatments with a minimum spend of $220 for the duration of their appointment. For all other spa visits, a flat rate of $25 per hour is applicable.
SPA ARRIVAL
Please arrive 15-30 minutes prior to your treatment time. This gives you time to unwind in our relaxation and select your unique oil blend. If you arrive late, we may have to reduce your treatment time.
HEALTH AND WELLBEING
When making your reservation, please advise us of any medical conditions, allergies, or injuries that might affect your experience.
PREGNANCY
Not all of our treatments are suitable during pregnancy. When you are placing a reservation, please advise our team to assist you in selecting a pregnancy safe experience. Additionally, we do recommend consulting your health professional prior to your treatment with us.
WEEKEND AND PUBLIC HOLIDAY SURCHARGE
Please note that any reservations booked on a weekend or public holiday is subject to a 10% weekend surcharge and 10% public holiday surcharge.
CANCELLATIONS
If you need to cancel or reschedule your reservation, please let us know at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations within this time or no shows will incur the full treatment cost.

Spa treatments and facilities are available to guests aged 18 and over.
