Shutters Restaurant & Bar makes its debut as the signature dining destination. Led by Executive Head Chef Stephen Lech, the culinary direction highlights seasonal Australian ingredients expressed through a Mediterranean lens. The menu is thoughtful, generous and intrinsically connected to its coastal surroundings. 

Flooded with natural light, the dining room reflects its seaside setting with warm textures, ocean-toned accents and the original shutters that cast soft patterns across the space. Mornings bring barista coffee, freshly baked Sonoma pastries and breakfast favourites prepared with local produce. As the afternoon light shifts, Shutters Restaurant & Bar offers spritzes and small plates before transitioning into an intimate dining experience in the evening with elegant dishes complemented by wine and conversation. 

Trading Hours 

Breakfast: Daily from 6:30 AM to 10:30 AM 

Lunch: Daily from 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM 

Dinner: Daily from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM 

Parking: Shutters Restaurant & Bar guests can enjoy a flat rate in our underground secured car park for $20 (maximum stay of 3 hours).
